Why this card?

To help protect our customers, Innulus provides a verification card that allows you to confirm whether a caller is genuinely from our team. This card helps you identify legitimate Innulus support and avoid falling victim to scams. If you have not received your verification card, please contact our helpline to have it added to your account.

Using Innulus card

We send you Innulus card. This card contain a 6 digit alphanumeric security PIN at the back along with our contact details. PIN is different for different customers. This is secret so don't share PIN to us or anyone. You need to ask the caller to verify your PIN before sharing any details.

Where to keep?

Keep this card to a place where you can easily access it. You can save our phone number and your PIN also in a place which is accessible to you only. If you misplace your card, you can always call Innulus at ‪(401) 426-3483 or chat and we'll send you new card for FREE.
