1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
2. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Innulus ships products through a combination of:

1. Authorized brand distributors (such as Lenovo)
2. Third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners (including AliDropshipping)

Estimated delivery times:

1. U.S. orders: 5–15 business days
2. International orders (if applicable): 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

1. Product availability
2. Supplier location
3. Shipping carrier
4. Customs processing (for international shipments)

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Shipping Charges

1. Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
3. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy

Split Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
