RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your experience at Innulus. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

 

Returns (Physical Products)

All returns of physical products must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels included.

Return eligibility may vary for products fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Please review the Dropshipped Products section below for additional details.

 

Return Process (Physical Products)

Before returning any item, customers must contact Innulus support to receive return authorization and instructions.

Once approved, please securely package the product in its original packaging and return it to the address provided by our support team. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment method.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Innulus, unless otherwise stated during the return approval process.

 

Refunds (Physical Products)

 After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date we receive the returned product to complete the process. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Dropshipped Products (Third-Party Fulfillment)

Some products sold on the Innulus website are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through dropshipping partners, including AliExpress. These items may ship from domestic or international warehouses.

For dropshipped products:

1. Return eligibility, processing time, and refund conditions may vary depending on the supplier.
2. In certain cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the product to be returned, at our discretion.
3. If a return is required, the item may need to be shipped to a supplier-designated location, which may be outside the United States.
4. Shipping times for dropshipped products may be longer than standard domestic shipments.

Customers must contact Innulus support before initiating any return. Innulus will assist with the return or refund process and remain the primary point of contact, even when fulfillment is handled by a third party.

 

Refund Policy for Tech Support Services

Innulus provides remote and in-home technical support services. Because these services involve technician time, diagnostic work, and customized troubleshooting, refunds for services follow the guidelines below.

Eligible for Refund

1. If the issue you contacted us for remains unresolved and we are unable to provide a workable solution.
2. If you cancel the service before any work or diagnosis has begun.
3. If you were charged in error or without authorization.

Not Eligible for Refund

1. If the service has been fully delivered and the issue has been resolved.
2. If the customer refuses to follow instructions required to complete the support process.
3. If the issue is caused by third-party service outages, internet service provider (ISP) issues, or hardware failure outside our control.
4. If the customer requests a refund more than seven (7) days after the service date.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In cases where only part of the service was delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. This ensures fairness and transparency for both parties.

 

Exceptions

For defective or damaged physical products, incorrect items, or if you believe a service was not delivered as promised, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution.
